48 cookie dough pieces are packed into a polyethylene bag. 10 bags are then packed per corrugated shipping case.
Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Place frozen dough pieces on a parchment lined baking tray. Deck Oven: 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Rack Oven: 350°F for 6-8 minutes. Convection Oven: 310°F for 7-9 minutes. Do not over bake. Cookies continue to bake for two minutes after removal from oven. Adjustments may be needed for different shop conditions. Let cool to room temperature before packaging
