Little effort with a big, delicious impact. These two-tone bar cookies couldn’t be simpler to prepare; made with contrasting chocolate cookies and cut into squares—that’s it! Every homemade bite is either ultra-chocolately, or super chocolately with a hint of peanut butter candy.
Ingredients
15 (1.33oz) Otis Spunkmeyer® Sweet Discovery Triple Chocolate Cookie pucks, thawed
15 (1.33oz) Otis Spunkmeyer® Sweet Discovery Chocolate with Reese’s Pieces Candy Cookie pucks, thawed
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a parchment-lined 9x13" cake pan, place cookies in alternating pattern to create the checkerboard design.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until the cookies have browned on the edges and the center is set.
- Let the checkerboard cookie pan cool for 15 minutes, then slice into squares and serve.
