A decadent Chocolate Turtle Cookie is topped with a sprinkle of sea salt and baked in a mini skillet, then served with caramel sauce and whipped cream for dipping.

Ingredients
  • Sweet Discovery 4 oz. Turtle Cookie
  • 1oz Caramel Sauce
  • 1.5oz Whipped Cream
  • Maldon's of Good Quality Sea salt 
Preparation
  1. Spray a mini skillet pan with nonstick butter spray.
  2. Place the cookie in the pan, sprinkle with a few grains of sea salt, and bake per the manufacturer instructions.
  3. To serve the cookie - present with side bowls of caramel sauce and whipped cream.
  4. Can serve 1 to 2 people.
