Caramel-stuffed cookies combine the flavors of pumpkin and chocolate chip with the delightfully sweet flavor of caramel. 

Ingredients

36 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-1.33 oz

1 lb Baking Caramel

1/4 cup Milk

Preparation

1. Bake Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies according to supplied directions

2. Add milk to Baking Caramel and soften in a double boiler or microwave and stir to smooth consistency

3. Spoon 1/2-3/4 ounce of caramel onto one cookie and add a second cookie to make a sandwich

4. Let cool and serve.
