The perfect apple treat, easy to make in single serving cups. Chunky applesauce is a great substitute for fresh apples in this recipe.

Ingredients

1 Otis Spunkmeyer^® Cinnamon Crumb Mini Loaf Cake

1/2 red apple, cut into small cubes

1/4 cups vanilla ice cream

Fall Colored Sprinkles, optional

Preparation

Cut Loaf Cake into ½-inch cubes, keeping some of the crumb topped pieces to the side.
Place cake cubes in the bottom of a glass or bowl. Top with apples and crumb topped pieces. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkles, if desired.
