Delicate, sweet streusel and a light powdered sugar glaze adds a great finish to our Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies.
36 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough-1.33 oz
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Salted butter
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
3 tsp Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly into coarse streusel and top each frozen cookie dough puck.
2. Bake Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies according to supplied directions, adding additional streusel half way through the baking process.
3. Let cool.
4. Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract to make powdered sugar icing.
5. Pipe onto finished cookies and serve.
