Ingredients
12 (1.33oz) Otis Spunkmeyer® Double Chocolate Cookie with Pink Gems
1½ cups prepared pink strawberry frosting
¾ cup raspberry preserves
Preparation
- Bake cookies according to package instructions, then remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Using an icing knife, generously spread a circle of frosting on the top of the cookie, leaving the edges unfrosted.
- Spread 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves in the center of the frosting.
