Two jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies are filled with chocolate ganache and baked until gooey in a skillet, dusted with powdered sugar and a scoop of ice cream.
Ingredients
2 Otis Spunkmeyer® Sweet Discovery 4 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookies
2oz Chocolate Ganache
3oz Ice Cream
1oz Chocolate Sauce
1/2oz Mini Chocolate Morsels
Preparation
Spray a small skillet pan with nonstick butter spray.
Press 1 cookie into the pan.
Top with 1 generous tablespoon of chocolate ganache
Place another gently flattened cookie over the ganache.
Bake per manufacturer instructions.
The cookie should have a soft ooey, gooey feel and be slightly underbaked.
Directly out of the oven, add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream to the skillet and garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chip morsels over and serve immediately. Serves 1 to 2 people.
