Sweet endings are for sharing, especially this one. Imagine a giant ooey gooey, melty, fresh-from-the-oven cookie topped with hazelnut cocoa spread and scattered with chopped nuts and a sprinkle of salt. Every bite is the most delectable combination of sweet, chocolatey, and salty. 

Ingredients

8-inch Shareable Pizza Cookie

4 ounces chocolate hazelnut spread

½ cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped

1/8 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Preparation
  1. Bake cookie pizza at 350°F in metal pan placed on sheet tray for 5-8 minutes.   
  2. Allow to cool completely for 20 minutes.
  3. If desired, transfer cookie to 8-inch cast iron skillet for serving.
  4. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread across cookie in even layer, then sprinkle chopped hazelnuts and flaky sea salt across the top.
