12 Otis Spunkmeyer Sweet Discovery Lemon Burst Cookies, baked and cooled
8 ounces semi sweet chocolate, melted
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Preparation
- Dip half of Lemon cookie in melted Chocolate.
- Press the 'front' of the chocolate side of the cookie into the coconut to coat.
- Allow chocolate to set before serving.
