Perfect for dunking, dipping, and sharing. Three of our chocolatiest cookies get rolled out, cut, baked, and served in a fun nacho presentation with fresh strawberries and bananas topped with candied cherries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, ice cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
- Otis Spunkmeyer® Chippery 3 oz. Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- Otis Spunkmeyer® Chippery 3 oz. White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut Cookies
- Otis Spunkmeyer® Supreme Indulgence 3 oz. Double Chunky Chocolate Dream Cookies
- Whipped Cream (Purchased)
- Sliced and Cleaned Strawberries
- Sliced Fresh Bananas
- Chocolate Sauce (Purchased)
- Maraschino Cherries
- Lucena Cherries
- Mini Chocolate Morsels
- Mini White Chocolate Chips
Preparation
- Slightly thaw the selected cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Cut each puck into two halves and roll out or spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
- Bake from semi-frozen for about 9 to 12 minutes in preheated 325 degree oven.
- Arrange creatively 2 halves on a small plate or small baking sheet, a total of 6 halves - or 2 of each half.
- Garnish the warm cookie nachos with drizzled chocolate and caramel sauce, whipped cream, ice cream and fresh fruit and top with extra chocolate chips and cherries. Top with white and dark mini chcoloate morsels.
- Add whipped cream to the nacho plate in in small amounts around the platter to create fun areas of interest.
