Bake our colorful Carnival Cookies in a skillet with caramel sauce, then top with ice cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle, crushed up salted pretzels, chocolate candies, and crunchy caramel kettle corn.

Ingredients
  • Otis Spunkmeyer® Sweet Discovery 4 oz. Carnival Cookies
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed Pretzel Sticks 
  • 1 teaspoon Caramel Popcorn 
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 
  • Chocolate Sauce 
  • Caramel Sauce 
  • Chocolate coated colored candies (M&M's)
Preparation
  1. Spray a small skillet pan with nonstick butter spray. 
  2. Evenly spread the caramel sauce inside the pan. 
  3. Crumble or chop 2 each of the frozen Carnival cookies and cover the sauce with the pieces. 
  4. Bake in a preheated oven per the manufacturer instructions. 
  5. Remove from the oven and top with pretzel sticks, caramel corn, chocolate candies, and a scoop of ice cream. 
  6. Drizzle the ice cream and cookie with the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. 
  7. Top with extra colored chocoalte candies ( M&M's) and serve immediately. Serves 1 to 3 ppl.
