Ingredients
Otis Spunkmeyer® Chippery 3 oz. Sugar Cookies
1/2 tablespoon Cream Cheese Frosting (purchased)
1/2 teaspoon Peach Preserves
Sliced Poached Peaches
Preparation
Bake the cookies per the manufacturer instructions.
Allow to cool 1 hour or until room temperature.
Place 1/2 tsp of peach marmalade on the bottom (flat) side of one cookie and spread evenly across the cookie
Top marmalade with 4 peach slices in a pinwheel design, connecting in the center.
Top the cookie with the flat part of the second cookie and press gently together.
Allow the sandwich to set in the cooler or refrigerator before serving. Recipe is based on eaches. Best served day of.
