CHOCOLATE CHUNK SHAREABLE PIZZA COOKIE

Celebrate the freshness of seasonal fruits with our Shareable Fruit Pie. A giant cookie serves as the canvas for a palette of colorful, juicy fruits atop a layer of creamy frosting. It's an option that's perfect for sharing and sure to impress.

Ingredients

1 thawed Otis Spunkmeyer Pizza Cookie

1/2 cup Cream Cheese Frosting

1/4 cup Oranges

1/4 cup Strawberries

1/4 cup Blueberries

1/4 cup Blackberries

1 peeled and sliced in half moons Kiwi 

Preparation
  1. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachement, cream the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and salt together until smooth. About 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Set aside until ready to assemble Shareable Fruit Pie.
  4. Spread cream cheese frosting evenly over pizza cookie.
  5. Decorate with assorted seasonal fruits and cut into 8 segments. Serve.
