Preparation
  1. Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-inch half hotel pan with non-stick cookie spray.
  2. Press the thawed cookie dough onto the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  3. Prepare the lemon bar mix according to package directions. Pour onto cookie crust and bake according to package directions.
  4. Chill and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
