Indulgent and oh, so shareable, our Nutty White Chunk Delight Cookies get baked into a skillet with fresh banana slices, caramel, cinnamon, and brown sugar then served with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and a cherry on top.

Ingredients
  • Otis Spunkmeyer® Supreme Indulgence 3 oz. Nutty White Chunk Delight Cookies
  • Caramel Sauce 
  • Brown Sugar - Dark 
  • Bananas 
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 
  • Whipped Cream 
  • Maraschino Cherry
Preparation
  1. Spray a small skillet pan with nonstick butter spray. 
  2. Evenly spread the caramel sauce inside the pan. 
  3. Sprinkle the dark brown sugar over the caramel sauce. 
  4. Peel the banana and cut into lengthwise slices approximately 1.5 to 2inches long to cover the length of the interior skillet. Each slice should weigh about 1 oz. This should yield approximately 6 long slices. it should take about 4 to cover the bottom. Hold 2 aside to garnish the top. 
  5. Crumble or chop 2 each of the frozen Nutty White Chocolate Chip Cookies over the banana slices. 
  6. Lightly even out the top cookie layer with a hot knife. 
  7. Bake in a preheated oven per the manufacturer instructions. 
  8. In a hot sauté pan or on a grill, cook the last 2 pieces of banana on high heat on side quickly as a garnish for the skillet. 
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and cherry. 
  10. Serve immediately. Serves 1 to 3 ppl.
