Dough portions are packed in a poly bag; poly bags are packed into a master shipping case. Store Frozen.
Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Preparation Instructions: Pre-heat oven to desired temperature. Bake Frozen. Otis Oven: 19-21 min Convection Oven: 300 – 325°F for 11-14 min Standard (Residential) Oven: 350 – 375 °F for 14-17 Min. Baking Instructions Place frozen dough pieces on an ungreased or parchment- lined baking sheet. Allow enough space between each cookie to ensure evenly baked cookies. Refer to the time/temperature chart at left. Baking times are unique to your oven. Watch cookies closely near the end of the bake time. If necessary, rotate the tray of cookies halfway through the bake time for an even bake across the tray. Please note- Chippery Gourmet cookies are designed to go straight from your freezer to your oven except for the 4.5 oz. size which would need to thaw for 30 minutes prior to baking. *To reduce spread on cookie dough pieces, simply increase oven temperature. If more spread is desired, decrease oven temperature and add a few minutes to the bake time. Do Not Consume Raw Cookie Dough
